By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the pk985 platform (including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated under the domain pk985.net), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pk985 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

To register and maintain an account with pk985, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk985 enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme, whether operated by pk985 or any other gambling platform you may have enrolled in.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative for any other person, corporation, or other entity when registering or placing wagers.

pk985 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period (typically 72 hours from request) may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account with pk985. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

pk985 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card / CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (mobile wallet screenshot, bank statement, or similar).

Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. pk985 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

pk985 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash / 1LINK agents. The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your pk985 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. pk985 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and fraud checks. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. pk985 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to delay processing where a withdrawal is flagged for compliance review.

USDT TRC20: Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address registered on your account. pk985 is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect wallet addresses provided by the User. Blockchain network fees applicable to USDT TRC20 transactions are borne by the User.

pk985 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Specific wagering multiples are disclosed per promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, rummy, and tower games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero contribution. Full game contribution tables are available in your account dashboard.
• pk985 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.

Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. pk985 does not represent that any bonus is guaranteed to result in winnings.

All bets placed on pk985 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the respective game or sport section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or other operational failure during the settlement of a bet or the operation of a casino game, pk985 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account balance. pk985 shall not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated but for such a technical failure.

For cricket betting and other sportsbook markets, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to acceptance of a bet.
• pk985 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits per event, market, or Player at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) bets, once accepted and confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled by the Player.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered from its originally scheduled format, pk985's specific sport rules shall govern settlement. Typically, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes refunded.

For casino games, including slots, rummy, tower games, and live dealer products, game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealing processes. pk985 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk985 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or otherwise deceiving pk985 or other users.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one pk985 account, whether directly or through an associate.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including arbitrage betting, matched betting using pk985 bonuses, or coordinated bonus farming.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, rummy, or other multi-player games.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scrapers, scripts, or other automated software to interact with the pk985 platform, including automated betting systems and odds monitoring tools that place bets without human input.
• Money Laundering: Using the pk985 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider in respect of genuine deposits made to your pk985 account.

pk985 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the User.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure.

In the event of account closure for reasons not attributable to a breach by the User, any verified balance in the account will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to applicable identity verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, pk985 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including wagered funds and winnings, to offset any damage caused by the User's conduct.

pk985 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, we strongly encourage you to make use of the tools available to you.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk985 accounts free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Increases to these limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been logged in and playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, your account will be inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from pk985. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period has elapsed.

All content on the pk985 platform, including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio-visual materials, user interface design, and trade marks (collectively, "pk985 Content"), is the exclusive property of pk985 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pk985 Content solely for the purpose of using the platform for its intended gaming and betting functions. This licence does not extend to any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display pk985 Content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pk985 Content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the pk985 platform.
• Use pk985's trade marks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pk985 Content may result in account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk985, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses.

pk985's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk985 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any specific outcome in any game or sporting event will occur.
• The platform will meet any particular performance standard beyond what is stated herein.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

pk985 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject.

By registering an account with pk985, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You further consent to pk985 sharing your data with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk985 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk985, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk985 support. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution as designated by pk985's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk985 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

pk985 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk985 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or prominent in-platform notification prior to the amended terms taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the pk985 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
